Windows 7 Build 7100 is the Official Release Candidate build of Windows 7. This build was officially released to MSDN and TechNet subscribers on 2009-04-30 then to the general public five days later. There are almost no noticeable differences between this build and the RTM Version, except for the betta fish wallpaper.
